We have been working with individuals and families for a number of years to help and support them with their diagnosis.
Alison is a recently diagnosed female with ADHD and can therefore speak to you from a personal perspective to offer advice and strategies that she herself uses to help her in her day to day life.
She has two girls both who were diagnosed before their fourth birthdays. Her youngest daughter was diagnosed before she was twenty one months old. Alison also has her own early intervention group that runs weekly in a nursery school setting for pre school children and their families where she helps to provide them with play therapy and strategies based on her own life experiences.

As Alison has so much life experience she is able to provide you and your family with real examples and strategies to help you. This experience is invaluable and allows you a unique insight and understanding.
