We have been working with companies and their staff for a number of years to support them on various topics and to help them understand various diagnosis’.

Alison has a diagnosis of Autism and ADHD. She also has two daughters with autism and complex needs. With her real life experiences Alison is best place to deliver advice and support to you and your staff as she can provide you with specific examples from her day to day life.

Alison is an accredited CPD/ICF Training Provider, she also has a number of accredited coaching qualifications. Alison is also trained to consult within the workplace as a corporate training and executive coach, specializing in neurodiversity and inclusion.

Not only can she relate as a parent and an individual with sensory needs, she is also an early years SEND Consultant Ofsted Outstanding Early Years Setting.
